What does Intake Coach review?+
Bosseo describes every intake call as producing an analysis with an AI score, winability estimate, quoted retainer, call-quality review, purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts and specific coaching suggestions.
Can Intake Coach decide whether my firm should accept a case?+
No such legal decision should be delegated to a product description or an AI estimate. Your firm should use its own attorney-approved criteria, conflict procedures and acceptance authority. Intake Coach can support review of what was said and what may have been missed.
How should an Athens firm handle calls from outside Athens?+
Define the geographic and jurisdictional rules that apply to your practice. Athens is in Henderson County, but a caller’s location does not by itself establish whether your firm can accept a matter. Review those boundaries during intake and escalate uncertain cases under your policy.
Does the Athens population estimate show how many calls we should expect?+
No. The 2020–2024 ACS 5-year estimate records 13,200 people in Athens city, with a margin of error of 28. It is not evidence of call volume, legal demand, language needs, competition, leads or revenue.
Who can receive coaching from the reports?+
Bosseo’s public page says a firm can decide whether coaching goes to the representative, intake manager, owner or more than one recipient. Your firm should choose recipients based on responsibility and confidentiality requirements.
What should we measure before deciding whether the product fits?+
Start with operational questions: whether required facts were captured, callback details confirmed, ownership assigned, escalation completed and follow-up documented. Compare those observations with your own records and acceptance policies. Do not assume a score guarantees more signed cases or revenue.
