1. Set the Arlington boundary before reading a number
The U.S. Census Bureau records Arlington as a municipality in Tarrant County. Its 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate is 397,742, with a margin of error of 93. That population figure is context, not proof of legal demand, competition, calls, matters or revenue. The dashboard page says city data can help answer which cities produce clients, but a buyer still needs a precise rule for what “Arlington” means: an address, a search target, a caller’s stated location, a service area or another field. Arlington, Tarrant County, the wider metropolitan area, Texas and an individual household are not interchangeable.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geographic labels are assigned to rankings, calls, forms, intakes and matters. Decide whether Arlington should be a distinct reporting view and document how nearby locations or countywide activity are treated. Do not use the Census estimate as a forecast of case volume.
