1. Define the geography before you judge ROI
Argyle city and Denton County are not interchangeable reporting areas. A firm may serve people in Argyle, elsewhere in Denton County, or a broader Texas market. The Census record identifies Argyle as a municipality in Denton County and estimates 5,371 residents for the city in the 2020–2024 ACS 5-year period. It does not show where legal inquiries originate or whether a location produces matters. A useful dashboard therefore needs explicit geographic definitions rather than treating every “local” contact as an Argyle result.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing performance, write down which locations matter: Argyle city, Denton County, another defined service area, or Texas statewide coverage. Ask how location is assigned to a call, form or matter, and how a contact is handled when the person lives outside Argyle but searched for an Argyle service. Keep city, county and statewide views separate so one broad total does not obscure the question you are trying to answer.
