1. Let the service area follow your practice, not a population assumption
The Census record identifies Argyle as a municipality in Denton County. It does not say that Argyle residents are looking for a particular legal service or that a page targeting Argyle will produce a matter. Bosseo’s public product text says a firm can choose statewide coverage or limit the footprint to selected counties. That makes county scope the first commercial decision for an Argyle firm: does the firm genuinely accept matters from Denton County, and does it also serve other Texas counties?
Recommended approach
Prepare a written service-area map before discussing page counts. Mark Argyle and Denton County separately from any other counties or metropolitan areas the firm serves. Treat the ACS population as eligibility context only. Ask Bosseo to explain how the proposed footprint will be reviewed against the firm’s intake rules and capacity.
