1. Set the geographic frame before reading the numbers
A small geography can become blurred quickly in a law-firm report. Andrews city and Andrews County are not interchangeable, and neither is automatically the same as a broader Texas or metropolitan market. The Census record identifies Andrews as a municipality in Andrews County and records a 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate of 13,468. That is a boundary and population fact, not proof that residents are searching for legal services or that a particular practice area is commercially attractive. A useful dashboard review should therefore show exactly which place names, service areas and pages are being measured. It should also distinguish city activity from county activity rather than placing both under one unlabeled local total.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to define the geographic labels used for rankings, calls, forms and leads before you assess performance. Decide whether Andrews city, Andrews County, other Texas locations or a wider service area belong in the same view. Keep the location definition visible beside each metric.
