Start with the territory your firm actually serves
Alpine’s official geographic relationship is specific: it is a city in Brewster County, Texas. Your firm may serve Alpine residents, clients elsewhere in Brewster County, or people who travel to the firm for a matter. Those are different audiences. The city population estimate cannot tell you how many people need a lawyer, how many firms compete for a matter, or how many clients would leave a review. Reputation planning should instead map your completed matters and the geographic language used by your clients, subject to your professional and privacy obligations.
Recommended approach
Before selecting a review program, define the service area you want represented on your profile and website. Separate Alpine from Brewster County and from any broader Texas coverage. Review whether your public profile, review requests and responses describe that coverage accurately without implying an office or service area you do not have.
