1. Start with the handoff, not the population estimate
The Addison population estimate is useful for defining the place your firm serves, but it cannot tell you how many people will contact a law firm or how quickly they will do so. For Automation, the more relevant question is what happens after a person submits a form, calls, chats or completes a video intake. Bosseo’s public Automation page describes a flow in which an inquiry is captured, logged and tagged, synced into connected systems, routed to a responsible person and followed up. That is an operational review, not a prediction of Addison case volume.
Recommended approach
Document the current path for inquiries associated with Addison and Dallas County before selecting any workflow. Identify where each inquiry first arrives, who owns it, which case type is recorded, whether a task or deadline is created, and what happens when the office is closed. Keep geographic context separate from performance evidence.
