1. Set the geographic boundary before you design the flow
White House is recorded as a municipality in Tennessee. The 2020–2024 ACS five-year estimate records 14,631 residents, with a margin of error of 35, and records relationships with Robertson County and Sumner County. That is location and eligibility context, not proof of legal demand, competition, search volume, leads, cases, or revenue. Your first Video Intake decision should therefore be operational: does the firm want one path for people contacting a White House office, a path for people in the city and both recorded counties, or a narrower service area? The intake should not imply that every visitor is eligible or that the firm accepts every matter.
Recommended approach
Write the service-area rule in plain language before choosing questions. Decide how the flow handles a visitor outside the firm’s intended geography, and identify the person responsible for reviewing that answer. Keep geographic eligibility separate from case qualification.
