Define the Springfield market before reading the numbers
The dashboard’s value depends on clear geography. Springfield city and Robertson County are not interchangeable, and neither is automatically the same as a wider Tennessee or metropolitan market. Before reviewing performance, decide which service areas belong in the board: Springfield city, Robertson County, other named locations, or a broader state footprint. Then make sure ranking targets, landing pages, calls and lead classifications use the same geographic definitions. The Census records Springfield city as a municipality in Robertson County, with an estimated population of 19,255 for 2020–2024. That is useful context for naming the market, but it cannot tell you how many people search for a legal service or whether a marketing channel produces signed matters.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how location and case-type labels would be defined for your firm. Do not combine Springfield and Robertson County totals until you know what each total includes. Keep any broader Tennessee reporting separate so a statewide number does not obscure the local decision.
