1. Start with Seymour’s actual service boundary
Seymour is recorded as a CDP, not as a county or metropolitan area. The Census record associates it with Blount County and Sevier County. Those relationships matter when you decide how a visitor should identify location, office coverage or eligibility. They do not show that every resident is a prospective client, nor do they establish that a visitor is physically located in Seymour. A visitor may describe a matter connected to another place, and a firm may serve people beyond the CDP.
Recommended approach
Use the intake review to decide whether location should be an early qualification question, a routing field or an escalation issue. Define the geographic relationships your firm actually accepts before deciding how a Seymour-related answer should be handled. Keep Seymour, Blount County, Sevier County and any broader Tennessee service area distinct in the flow and in internal reporting.
