1. Start with the calls your firm actually handles
Intake Coach is presented as reviewing every intake call, including calls answered by a firm team member or by the Bosseo AI Phone System. The public product description says each call is recorded, transcribed, and tagged by case type, then assessed with an AI score, a winability estimate, quoted-retainer information, and a call-quality review. For a McKenzie practice, the relevant question is not how many people live in the city. The relevant question is which geographic areas, matter types, and caller situations your firm accepts. A firm may serve McKenzie while also handling matters connected to Carroll, Henry, or Weakley counties; that service boundary should be stated during the review rather than inferred from the city’s population record.
Recommended approach
Bring a representative description of your accepted matters and service area to the consultation. Ask Bosseo to show how the review would distinguish an accepted inquiry from a matter requiring escalation or referral. Do not use the McKenzie population estimate as a forecast of calls or cases.
