1. Separate Loudon geography from lead origin
A firm may serve clients in Loudon city, elsewhere in Loudon County or beyond Tennessee. Those are different geographic relationships, and attribution should not collapse them into one label. The Census record identifies Loudon city as a municipality and records its relationship with Loudon County. It does not show where prospective clients search, call or retain counsel. Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution description focuses instead on the path a lead took: channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and intake answers.
Recommended approach
Before evaluating the product, define the geographic scope your firm actually wants to measure. Review whether your records distinguish Loudon city from Loudon County and from other service areas. Then ask to see how a lead’s geographic information, if collected through intake, can be considered alongside the marketing journey without treating a city or county population estimate as proof of demand.
