1. Start with the geography your firm actually serves
La Follette and Campbell County are related but different geographic descriptions. La Follette is the municipality identified in the Census record; Campbell County is the recorded county relationship. A report that combines the two without labeling them can make it difficult to tell whether a lead came from the city, another part of the county or somewhere else your firm serves. Population is useful as eligibility context, not as proof that prospective clients are searching, calling or signing matters. Attribution should therefore preserve the geographic context of the visit or inquiry rather than turn the population estimate into a forecast.
Recommended approach
In a consultation, review how your current records distinguish La Follette city, Campbell County and any broader Tennessee service area. Decide which geographic labels matter to intake and reporting before judging channel performance. Keep the city and county separate wherever a decision depends on location.
