1. Establish the geographic boundary before reviewing performance
The Census record identifies Crossville as a municipality in Cumberland County. A dashboard review should keep those geographies distinct. A city target, a county target, a Tennessee-wide ranking and a call from a person outside the intended service area are not interchangeable. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard text describes keyword tracking, service-and-city targets, city data and source attribution. Those capabilities make geographic definitions an important part of the buying discussion, but they do not establish that a particular Crossville query, county audience or practice area produces business.
Recommended approach
Ask to see how geographic labels would be defined for your firm. Decide whether the review should separate Crossville from Cumberland County and from broader Tennessee coverage. Then agree which locations belong in reporting, which should be excluded, and how an out-of-area inquiry would be classified. Treat the Census population as context only; do not use it as a forecast.
