Start with the journey, not the last answer a caller remembers
A prospective client may not accurately recall how they found your firm. The Bosseo Lead Attribution page describes a record that can include the channel, referrer, landing page, device and session detail, together with intake answers. It also describes connecting calls to the same journey. That matters when a Bartlett inquiry first visits a service page, returns later or calls after reviewing more than one page. The useful question is not simply whether someone says “Google.” It is whether the available record identifies the path that preceded the inquiry and whether that path can be connected to the eventual matter.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how a Bartlett or Shelby County inquiry would be represented from first visit through consultation and signed case. Decide which stages your firm can reliably record and which outcome labels are meaningful for your practice. Treat the demonstration as an evaluation of fit, not as evidence that every future journey will be complete.
