1. Define what “Rapid Valley” means in the dashboard
The Census identifies Rapid Valley as a CDP in Pennington County, not as a metropolitan area or a statewide market. That geographic distinction matters when a managing partner asks, “Which places are producing our cases?” A location label could refer to a search target, a caller’s location, a page viewed, an intake address or the venue for a matter. Those are different facts. The dashboard page describes city data, rankings, calls, leads and source attribution, but a law firm still needs to agree on the meaning of each location field before interpreting it.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geographic labels would be represented and separated. Decide whether Rapid Valley should be reviewed as its own community, as part of a broader Pennington County service area, or only as one location among several. Do not treat the CDP’s population estimate as a forecast of inquiries or matters. Record the definition your partners will use when reviewing a location report.
