Start with the profile people can inspect before calling
A review program is useful only when it reflects the profile a prospective client will actually see. Bosseo’s public Reputation & Reviews page centers the Google Business Profile and describes automated review requests, review responses and reputation tracking. For a Madison firm, first determine whether the profile represents Madison city, Lake County or a broader South Dakota service area. Those are not interchangeable geographic claims. A firm may serve people outside Madison while maintaining one primary profile, or it may need to explain its service area through its website and consultation process. The Madison population estimate is not a reason to assume a certain number of clients or reviews. It is simply a boundary-setting fact for the local evaluation.
Recommended approach
Review the firm name, address or service-area presentation, practice descriptions, current rating, review count, review dates and owner responses. Then decide which geographic relationship should be described publicly and which locations should remain outside the scope of the page. Ask Bosseo to explain how the proposed program would handle that distinction.
