1. Put the complete inquiry journey beside the intake record
Bosseo describes Lead Attribution as a way to see a lead’s channel, referrer, landing page, device, session history and intake answers in one record. That matters when a prospective client does not convert on the first visit. A person may arrive at a service page, leave, return later and contact the firm through a call or form. A manually entered source such as “Google” does not preserve those distinctions. The product page states that calls can join the same journey and that the record can continue through consultation and signed case.
Recommended approach
Ask during evaluation which journey fields will be visible for your firm, how intake answers will be connected, and how an outcome is recorded. Do not use Travelers Rest’s population estimate to predict how many records you will see. Instead, review your own inquiry categories and decide which outcomes matter: qualified inquiry, consultation, retained matter or another firm-defined stage.
