1. Define what “Sangaree” means in the report
A local report can become misleading when a firm treats a census geography, a service area and a marketing target as interchangeable. Sangaree is a CDP in Berkeley County; it is not the same thing as the entire county, a metropolitan area or South Carolina. The dashboard page describes city and case-type data, but a consultation should establish how those labels will be interpreted for your firm. A Sangaree inquiry may be relevant to a practice area without proving that the person lives inside the CDP. Likewise, a ranking target that includes Sangaree should not automatically be read as a countywide result.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show the geographic labels used for keywords, calls, leads and source attribution. Decide which labels are reporting dimensions, which are service-area descriptions and which are only campaign targets. Keep the ACS estimate as context, not as a forecast or performance baseline.
