Start with the geographic decision, not a page count
Bosseo’s public programmatic SEO page presents two footprint choices: a whole state or only the counties selected by the firm. For a Rock Hill practice, the stated county relationship is York County. That distinction matters because “Rock Hill,” “York County,” and “South Carolina” describe different service areas. A city page should not silently imply statewide representation, and a county choice should reflect where the firm actually accepts matters. The Census population estimate identifies Rock Hill city as a municipality; it does not show that residents are searching for a particular legal service.
Recommended approach
Decide whether York County is the appropriate starting geography, whether the firm serves additional counties, or whether a broader South Carolina footprint is legally and operationally appropriate. Ask Bosseo to show how the selected footprint changes the proposed service-city combinations. Do not approve a larger footprint solely because the city has a measurable population.
