1. Define the geographic record before judging performance
A James Island inquiry should not be confused with a Charleston County inquiry, a broader metropolitan-area inquiry or a South Carolina inquiry. The Census identifies James Island town as a municipality in Charleston County. That distinction matters when you review landing pages, service areas and matter records. A location label alone does not prove that a person lives in James Island, that a matter arose there or that the firm should treat every nearby inquiry as equivalent.
Recommended approach
Agree on the geographic fields your team needs to review before evaluating attribution. Decide whether the record should distinguish James Island from Charleston County and from other areas the firm serves. Use the location as a classification and review choice, not as evidence of demand or case value.
