Start with the geography your firm wants to measure
The Census record identifies West Greenwich as a municipal town in Kent County, Rhode Island. A dashboard should not silently treat the town, the county, the state or a metropolitan area as interchangeable. If West Greenwich is one service area among several, the firm needs a clear naming convention for locations, pages, calls and matters. Bosseo’s public page says the dashboard tracks service-and-city keyword targets and can show which cities produce calls. That makes geographic definitions an important acceptance question: what counts as a West Greenwich result, and how are callers or matters associated with a place?
Recommended approach
Bring your actual service-area list to the consultation. Ask Bosseo to explain how locations will be represented in ranking, lead and case-type views, and decide whether a location should be measured by search target, caller information, intake classification, matter address or another documented rule. Do not treat the town’s population as a forecast.
