Start with the geography you actually serve
The U.S. Census Bureau records West Greenwich as a municipal town in Kent County, Rhode Island, with a 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate of 6,647 and a margin of error of 23. That is geographic and population context only. It does not establish legal demand, search activity, competition, inquiry volume or staffing requirements. Attribution therefore should not treat “West Greenwich” as proof that a particular channel or practice area is working. Instead, ask whether your records distinguish West Greenwich inquiries from matters elsewhere in Kent County, Rhode Island or other service areas. That distinction can affect how you evaluate landing pages, referrals, campaign sources and signed-case outcomes.
Recommended approach
At consultation, bring the geographic labels your firm already uses. Ask whether Lead Attribution can preserve those distinctions in the records you review, rather than collapsing every Rhode Island inquiry into one location category.
