What does the ROI Dashboard publicly say it tracks?+
Bosseo’s public product page describes keyword rankings, Top 3 and Top 10 counts, SERP features, AI-engine citations, inbound calls, call recordings and transcripts, lead classifications, case-type breakdowns, forms and video intakes, source attribution, reviews and trends over time.
Does Warwick’s population estimate show that my firm will receive leads?+
No. Warwick’s 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate is 83,175, with a margin of error of 33. The Census record describes the municipality and its population estimate; it does not establish demand, competition, search volume, leads, cases or revenue.
Can the dashboard distinguish Warwick from Kent County or Rhode Island?+
That is a scope question to settle with Bosseo. Ask how geographic labels are defined and displayed, and whether the firm can distinguish the city, county, state and any other intentionally served area without mixing them.
How should our firm define a lead?+
Start with your own intake policy. Bosseo’s public page describes categories including Potential New Client, Current Client and Other, plus case-type tagging. Confirm the inclusion rules, duplicate handling and practice-area labels before using lead totals in a business decision.
Does the dashboard prove that marketing caused a signed matter?+
No dashboard label should be treated as proof of causation without an agreed attribution method and reliable matter records. Ask how source, page, case type, intake outcome and any revenue fields are connected, and distinguish observed attribution from a conclusion about what caused a result.
What should we ask about access and data recovery?+
Ask who can view each type of information, how permissions change when roles change, how corrections are handled, what happens when a source is unavailable, and what records remain available after an interruption. The public page does not establish an uptime level or a universal recovery commitment.
