Start with a Providence measurement boundary
A dashboard is only useful when the geographic question is precise. Providence city and Providence County are not interchangeable, and neither is automatically the same as a firm’s service area. A firm may want to distinguish activity associated with Providence from activity elsewhere in Rhode Island, but the available population record does not show where prospective clients search, call, retain counsel or live. Bosseo’s public page describes city data, keyword rankings and case-type reporting as dashboard views. The practical question is which locations and service terms the firm wants reviewed, rather than treating Providence’s population as a forecast.
Recommended approach
Before booking, write down the exact geography for each measurement question: Providence city, Providence County, another Rhode Island area, or a broader area chosen by the firm. Ask how geographic labels would be defined in the dashboard and how ambiguous location information would be handled.
