1. Turn a Lincoln visitor’s first step into a guided explanation
The Bosseo public page describes Video Intake as a guided video survey that lives on a law firm’s website. A visitor selects an entry such as “See if you have a case” and proceeds through one question at a time. That is a different starting point from a form asking for a name, contact details and a free-text description. Lincoln’s relationship to Providence County can inform the geographic language your firm uses in its intake, but it cannot tell you which visitors will qualify or what legal issues they have. Your review should therefore begin with the actual service area and the questions a visitor must answer—not with population as a proxy for demand.
Recommended approach
Map the first screen, the service-area wording and the initial question for each practice area. Keep the flow understandable to someone who knows they need help but does not know how to describe a legal matter.
