1. Scope Lincoln without confusing town, county, and state coverage
Bosseo’s public product description presents two geographic choices: a whole-state footprint or a tighter footprint using selected counties. Lincoln is recorded in Providence County, so a firm considering Lincoln should first decide whether Providence County is the appropriate boundary for its actual service area. A Lincoln page, a Providence County footprint, and Rhode Island-wide coverage are different decisions. The Census population estimate identifies the town; it does not show that people in Lincoln are searching for a particular legal service or that broader coverage will produce inquiries.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to map your actual service areas against Lincoln, Providence County, and any wider Rhode Island scope before approving coverage. Exclude places your firm does not serve. Review whether each location would support a genuinely useful page rather than selecting a footprint solely because it creates more URLs.
