1. Start with Lincoln’s actual service geography
Lincoln is recorded as a municipal-town in Providence County. If your firm serves Lincoln as well as nearby communities, separate those service areas in your intake rules and reporting rather than treating every inquiry as a generic “local” lead. The Census population figure describes the town’s resident population; it does not establish legal demand, inquiry volume, competition or revenue. Your first automation decision is therefore geographic ownership: which inquiries belong to your firm, which need a different internal route, and which should be excluded or reviewed.
Recommended approach
Bring your service-area definition to the consultation. Ask Bosseo to review how location is captured, whether it should affect routing or follow-up, and how Lincoln-related inquiries can be distinguished from matters elsewhere in Providence County or Rhode Island.
