1. Establish what the dashboard is meant to measure
Bosseo’s public product page says the ROI Dashboard tracks keyword rankings, SERP features, AI citations, calls, forms and intakes, lead classifications, case-type breakdowns, source attribution, reviews, trends and revenue-related signals. That is a broad measurement scope. It also creates a practical pre-purchase question: which of those categories matter to your firm, and which are merely available? Barrington’s population figure should not be converted into a forecast. Instead, use the town and Bristol County relationship to define the geographic labels you want to review without confusing a town, a county, a state or a metropolitan area.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to define every proposed dashboard field in plain language. Record whether a field is a count, classification, attribution, ranking observation or financial figure. Decide whether your reports need separate views for Barrington, Bristol County and Rhode Island, and do not accept a combined geography when the decision requires a narrower one.
