1. Start with the site you actually operate
A hosting decision should begin with an inventory of the current website, not a generic promise about faster pages. Record the domain, hosting arrangement, content management system, databases, forms, analytics, DNS records, SSL certificate responsibilities and any third-party services that affect the public site. Distinguish the website from email and from other firm systems. Wilson’s relationship to Northampton County may matter when you review location-specific pages or intake language, but it does not by itself tell you how much infrastructure your site needs. The relevant evidence is the site’s actual architecture, traffic pattern, page count, update routine and business dependencies.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to review the current hosting arrangement and produce a plain-language map of what would move, what would remain with another provider and who would control each account. Do not approve a migration until the firm understands the boundaries of the proposed scope.
