Start with the geographic scope you actually serve
The U.S. Census Bureau records Wilkes-Barre city as a municipality in Luzerne County. Its 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate is 44,423, with a margin of error of 69. That figure describes the city’s population estimate; it does not establish legal demand, competition, search volume, calls or signed matters. A dashboard review should therefore separate location fields from performance fields. Decide whether a record belongs to Wilkes-Barre city, another Luzerne County community, a broader Pennsylvania service area or a different geography. Do not let a city label stand in for a client’s source, case type or outcome.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geography is represented in the proposed dashboard and which fields your team will use when reviewing Wilkes-Barre activity. Confirm that city, county and state scope are not blended into one unexplained total.
