1. Set the intake boundary for Whitfield and Berks County matters
Your firm should first define which calls belong in the review. Whitfield is a census-designated place in Berks County, Pennsylvania. A firm may serve people in Whitfield, elsewhere in Berks County, or across a wider Pennsylvania area, but those are different geographic scopes. Intake Coach should therefore be evaluated against the firm’s actual service territory rather than against the Whitfield population estimate. The relevant questions are operational: which callers can the firm represent, which jurisdictions require attorney review, and which calls should be declined or redirected?
Recommended approach
Bring a current description of your accepted matter types, service area, jurisdiction limits, and referral rules to the consultation. Ask how those boundaries would appear in call summaries, key-fact extraction, coaching, and escalation decisions. Do not use the Census population figure as a forecast of how many calls the firm should receive.
