What does Intake Coach review?+
Bosseo describes a review for every intake call that includes an AI score out of 100, a winability estimate, the quoted retainer, a call-quality review, a purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts and specific coaching suggestions.
Does the West York population estimate show how many calls my firm will receive?+
No. West York’s 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate is 5,092, with a margin of error of 38. It is geographic context only and does not establish call volume, legal demand, leads, cases, revenue, competition or language needs.
Can Intake Coach decide whether my firm should accept a matter?+
The public product description identifies coaching and call analysis. It does not establish that Intake Coach makes an attorney’s acceptance decision. Your firm should define qualification, conflict, escalation and acceptance rules and verify information before acting.
Who can receive the coaching?+
Bosseo’s public page says the firm can direct coaching to the representative, intake manager, owner or more than one of them. Ask during the consultation how that would fit your responsibilities and review rules.
Can the product help with follow-up?+
It can provide summaries, extracted facts and coaching about next steps, according to Bosseo’s public description. Your firm must decide who owns follow-up, verify the information and determine whether a separate Bosseo Automation scope is appropriate.
Does Intake Coach guarantee better rankings, more calls or signed cases?+
No such Intake Coach outcome should be assumed. Google states that automation does not guarantee crawling, indexing or search visibility, and a call score or estimate is not a promise of a consultation, retained matter or revenue. Discuss measurable, firm-specific objectives instead.
