1. Define what “West Chester” means in the dashboard
A local ROI view can become misleading when a firm uses one label for several different geographies. West Chester borough is recorded separately from Chester County, and neither label automatically describes every community, service area or metropolitan market a law firm may target. The dashboard page says rankings can be tracked for service-and-city targets and that leads can be reviewed by city. That makes geographic definition a central acceptance question: does a location field identify the borough, the county, another city, or a source-defined area?
Recommended approach
Before adopting any report, ask Bosseo to show how West Chester, Chester County and any additional target locations would be named and separated. Decide which geographic fields partners need to see, which should remain operational detail, and how a lead’s location will be recorded when the caller does not provide a precise municipality.
