1. Start with the right Valley service boundary
Valley is recorded as Valley township, a municipal-town in Chester County, Pennsylvania. That is narrower than saying your firm serves the entire county or a broader metropolitan area. A phone workflow should therefore distinguish what your firm accepts from Valley township, what it accepts elsewhere in Chester County and what falls outside its practice or geographic scope. Population is useful for documenting the municipality, but it cannot tell you how many people will call, when they will call or whether they are eligible for representation.
Recommended approach
Before configuring response paths, write down the geographic questions your intake team actually asks. Decide whether location is a required intake field, how staff should handle an inquiry outside the firm’s service area and who reviews an uncertain location. Keep those rules separate from assumptions about demand.
