1. Build the geographic boundary before building the questions
Upper Merion is a municipal-town in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. A firm may serve the township, the rest of Montgomery County, or a broader Pennsylvania market, but those are different scopes. A Video Intake flow should not treat every website visitor as an Upper Merion matter or use the township population as a proxy for demand. Instead, the firm should decide whether location is a qualification question, a routing field, or simply information for later review. Bosseo’s public product description says each practice area can have its own question path and that completed inquiries can be tagged by case type. That makes geographic scope a design choice to review rather than a conclusion to assume.
Recommended approach
Write the service area in plain language before selecting a location question. Decide whether an Upper Merion response should route differently from another Montgomery County or Pennsylvania response, and document what happens when a visitor is outside the firm’s service area.
