1. Set the geographic boundary before reading the numbers
Taylor is a borough in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. A dashboard review should distinguish Taylor borough from Lackawanna County, broader metropolitan areas and Pennsylvania as a whole. Those are different reporting geographies, and a population estimate for Taylor does not show how many people search for a lawyer or become clients. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says the system can show case-type and city data, along with tracked service-and-city targets. That makes geographic definitions a material implementation question rather than a cosmetic label.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show exactly how a Taylor result is separated from a Lackawanna County result and from any wider Pennsylvania target. Decide whether your management view should use Taylor alone, the county, another explicitly defined service area or multiple views. Require each location label to match the underlying tracking rule before using geographic comparisons in a budget meeting.
