1. Turn Stroud and Monroe County into a deliberate footprint
Bosseo’s public product description presents two geographic approaches: the whole state or only selected counties. Stroud is in Monroe County, so a firm beginning with a local footprint should decide whether Monroe County reflects its real service area. That decision belongs to the firm; the Census record only establishes the township’s municipal status, population estimate and county relationship. It does not show that every city in Monroe County is a viable target or that a statewide footprint will create clients.
Recommended approach
List the Pennsylvania municipalities and counties the firm actually serves, then compare that list with the geographic scope under consideration. Ask Bosseo to explain how a Monroe County-only structure would differ from statewide coverage, which pages would be included, and how the firm could expand later if its service area changes.
