1. Start with the correct geographic frame
The U.S. Census Bureau records Springfield township as a municipal-town in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, with a 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate of 25,038 and a margin of error of 25. That figure describes the township’s population; it does not establish legal demand, search volume, competition, calls, signed matters or revenue. The distinction matters when reviewing an ROI Dashboard. A report that uses “Springfield” should make clear whether it means Springfield township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, a metropolitan area or another service territory. Those are not interchangeable labels.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show the exact geography attached to every location view, keyword group, call classification and source-attribution field. If your firm serves clients beyond Springfield township, define those territories separately rather than treating the township population as a proxy for the whole market.
