Start with the geography your firm actually serves
The U.S. Census Bureau records Shippensburg borough as a municipality in Pennsylvania. Its 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate is 5,620, with a margin of error of 447. The borough has recorded county relationships with Cumberland County and Franklin County. Those facts describe the place; they do not establish call volume, legal demand, language needs, staffing requirements, competition, leads, cases, or revenue. They do matter when you define the scope of an intake review. A firm may serve people in Shippensburg, one or both listed counties, Pennsylvania more broadly, or another geographic area. Intake Coach should be evaluated against that real service area rather than a population-based assumption.
Recommended approach
Before a consultation, write down the geographic areas your firm accepts and the matter types it handles. Use that scope to decide which calls belong in review and which geographic or practice-area distinctions should affect qualification and escalation.
