What does Intake Coach review?+
Bosseo describes review of every intake call, with an AI score, winability estimate, quoted retainer, call-quality review, purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts and specific coaching suggestions. Confirm the exact configuration for your firm during the consultation.
Can Intake Coach decide whether my firm should accept a matter?+
No such legal decision should be delegated to a product score or estimate. Your firm should define its qualification rules and attorney-escalation requirements. Use coaching to examine conversation quality and missing information.
Who can receive the coaching?+
Bosseo’s public page says the coaching can be directed to the representative, intake manager, owner or more than one recipient. Ask about access and recipient controls for your firm.
Does it review calls handled by an answering service or AI?+
Bosseo says Intake Coach is part of the same AI Phone System that answers overflow and after-hours calls. Ask Bosseo to confirm how your existing phone arrangement would fit and what calls would be included.
Does Scranton’s population show that my firm needs Intake Coach?+
No. The Census records 76,033 residents for Scranton city in the 2020–2024 ACS five-year estimate, but that does not establish call volume, legal demand, competition, staffing needs or revenue. Your own intake records should guide the decision.
What should I ask before booking?+
Ask what calls are included, how recordings and transcripts are accessed, how key facts are reviewed, who receives feedback, how firm-defined outcomes differ from product estimates, and which related services are necessary or optional.
