1. Start with the firm’s actual bottleneck
Bosseo’s public Custom Software page frames the service around work that someone at the firm performs manually. Examples on that page include retyping consultation information, responding to status questions and routing new leads. Those examples are not evidence that your firm has any of those problems. They are useful prompts for a Scott practice to identify its own repeated work instead of buying a broad platform that only partly fits. Scott township is recorded in the 2020–2024 ACS five-year data with an estimated population of 17,270 and a margin of error of 23. That geographic fact does not establish software demand, case volume or revenue; it simply describes the municipal context in which your firm operates.
Recommended approach
Bring one concrete process to the consultation. Describe who starts it, which systems or documents are touched, where information is re-entered, who approves the next step and what a successful result must look like. If the problem cannot be stated in observable actions, it is not ready to scope.
