1. Define the geographic area before discussing budget
Schuylkill Haven is a borough in Schuylkill County. That relationship matters because a firm may serve the borough, other communities in Schuylkill County, or a wider Pennsylvania territory. Those are different geographic decisions. The Census population estimate identifies the municipality; it does not show how many people search for a lawyer, how many firms advertise, or whether a particular case type is available through Local Services Ads. Bosseo’s public page says its program includes practice-area categories and service areas, set deliberately around the case types and locations a firm wants.
Recommended approach
Bring a written service-area map to the consultation. Separate Schuylkill Haven from the rest of Schuylkill County and from any communities outside the county. Then decide which areas the firm can actually serve, which matters it wants, and which inquiries should be excluded. Ask for geographic coverage to be reviewed against capacity and intake records, not against population alone.
