1. Start with Ross and Monroe County coverage—not a population promise
Ross township is recorded in Monroe County, Pennsylvania, and its ACS five-year population estimate is 5,488. That is a geographic and eligibility fact. It does not show how many people search for a lawyer, which services they need, how many firms compete, or whether a page will produce an inquiry. Bosseo’s public product description allows a firm to choose the whole state or only selected counties. That makes the Ross decision more specific than simply adding the word “Ross” to a page: decide whether Monroe County is an area you serve, whether neighboring counties belong in scope, and which cities within the approved footprint deserve a page for each service.
Recommended approach
Bring Bosseo a written service list and an exact service geography. Ask for a proposed Ross and Monroe County footprint that distinguishes the municipal-town from the county and from Pennsylvania as a whole. Do not approve statewide coverage merely because Ross has a recorded population.
