1. Define the geographic boundary before you define the intake path
The Census records Quincy as a municipal township in Pennsylvania and places it in Franklin County. Its 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate is 5,312, with a margin of error of 35. That figure describes the township’s estimated population; it does not establish legal demand, website traffic, call volume or the number of potential clients. It also should not be treated as a proxy for all of Franklin County or for a wider service area. Your Video Intake should therefore reflect the geographic scope your firm actually accepts rather than silently treating Quincy, Franklin County and Pennsylvania as interchangeable.
Recommended approach
Decide whether the intake is for Quincy township, Franklin County, a broader Pennsylvania service area, or several distinct service locations. State that scope in the visitor experience only where it is accurate. If location affects eligibility, make it an explicit question and define who reviews an answer that falls outside your service area.
