Start with the firm’s actual bottleneck
Bosseo’s custom-software service is intended for law firms that have a recurring operational problem, such as repeated data entry, a shared inbox that needs routing, client-status questions, referral tracking or an internal dashboard. The public service description says the process begins with the firm describing the bottleneck in plain English, followed by a scoped design and build. That makes workflow evidence more useful than a generic request for a “legal app.” A Punxsutawney firm should define the service area separately from the borough itself. The Census record identifies Punxsutawney borough and Jefferson County, but it does not tell you how many prospective clients contact the firm or how work moves through the office.
Recommended approach
Bring one repeated task to the consultation. Describe who performs it, where information first enters, where it is copied, where it waits and what must happen next. Ask Bosseo to explain whether custom software is appropriate or whether an existing product is a better fit. Keep the initial scope focused on one operational constraint rather than assuming a larger platform is necessary.
