1. Start with the geography your firm actually serves
Providence is recorded as a municipal-town in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. That distinction matters when you review attribution. A township population is not the same thing as a service area, a countywide audience or a metropolitan market. Do not use the 7,106 population estimate as a forecast of inquiries. Instead, identify the geographic areas your firm intentionally serves, then examine whether the journeys in your records begin on pages and channels relevant to those areas. Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page describes channel, referrer and landing-page visibility, along with journey records connected to leads. That gives you a basis for reviewing geographic page performance without treating a location label as proof of demand.
Recommended approach
Bring a clear service-area definition to the consultation. Ask to review whether a lead’s landing page, referral source and case type provide enough context to distinguish a Providence inquiry from a broader Lancaster County or Pennsylvania inquiry. Keep population, coverage and performance as separate fields in your internal review.
