Start with the geographic question your records can answer
Progress CDP is recorded in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. A firm may serve people in Progress while also handling inquiries from elsewhere in its service area. Those are different geographic questions: where a person lives, which page they visited, which channel referred them, and where the matter was ultimately accepted. Lead Attribution is relevant because it is described as connecting a lead’s journey to the source, landing page, device, intake answers and outcome. It should not be used to turn the Progress population estimate into a forecast of cases.
Recommended approach
Decide which geographic fields matter to your firm before reviewing performance. Separate the person’s location from the marketing path. If Progress-specific inquiries matter, review whether your records can distinguish that location from broader Dauphin County or Pennsylvania activity without treating one place as proof of demand.
