1. Start with your real intake path, not Palmer’s population
A population estimate can provide geographic context, but it cannot tell you how many prospective clients contact your firm or what matters they present. Intake decisions should instead begin with your own call path: which numbers callers use, who answers, what happens when staff are unavailable, and how a conversation becomes a consultation or another next step. Bosseo describes Intake Coach as reviewing every intake call, including calls answered by a firm’s team or by its AI answering system. The product page says each call is recorded, transcribed, and tagged by case type automatically, then evaluated with an AI score, winability estimate, quoted retainer, and call-quality review.
Recommended approach
Map the calls your firm considers an intake conversation and identify where Palmer callers, callers elsewhere in Northampton County, and callers outside your service area enter the same process. Ask whether the review should cover all calls or only defined intake categories. Do not use the township population as a proxy for the number of conversations the system would assess.
