Define Oxford coverage before you interpret the numbers
Oxford township and Adams County are not interchangeable geographic labels. The Census record identifies Oxford township’s relationship to Adams County, but it does not establish how your firm defines its service area. A dashboard can be useful only when the tracked cities, service pages and lead classifications match your actual intake territory. During review, ask whether a “city” dimension refers to the caller’s location, the page that produced the inquiry, the search location or another field. Also decide how to handle inquiries from outside Oxford township, people searching from elsewhere, and matters that involve more than one location.
Recommended approach
Bring your firm’s geographic definitions to the consultation. Ask Bosseo to show how location data is represented, which geography appears in each view, and how you would distinguish Oxford township from Adams County and broader Pennsylvania coverage. Treat the Census population as context for scope—not as a forecast of demand or case volume.
